Since childhood, coffee has been more than just a drink to me—it has been a lifelong passion. Growing up in Venezuela, a country where coffee is deeply woven into our culture, I was introduced to its warmth and richness by my beloved grandmother, Tata. She made the best café con leche, and from the age of six, I would delight in dipping my bread into it, savoring every sip.
That early love for coffee never faded; instead, it grew into an obsession—a calling. I dreamed of doing something that would honor this tradition and share it with the world. Today, that dream has become reality. With unshakable dedication and a deep-rooted love for the craft, I have founded a coffee roastery in the United States. Our mission is simple but ambitious: to deliver the finest coffee experience ever created.
Coffee is not just my business—it is my breath, my life, and my art. As a Master roaster every roast, every bean, and every cup reflects the passion that has been brewing in me since childhood. I was born in Valencia, Venezuela, and have always been driven by creativity and innovation. As a musician, roaster, and engineer, I combine artistry with technical expertise to bring unique perspectives to my work. With over a decade of experience in the packaging and manufacturing industry, I have developed a deep understanding of production processes, quality control, and product development. My diverse background allows me to tackle challenges with a fresh approach, always striving for excellence in every project I take on.
Coffee is my canvas—a way to express my creativity and passion. Just as I compose music by blending notes, textures, and rhythms, I approach roasting with the same artistry, crafting flavor profiles that evoke emotion and tell a story. Through this fusion of art and science, I constantly push the boundaries of flavor, transforming coffee into both a personal and cultural expression.
